At our school, business English courses are available for A0-C1 levels, this does not mean at all that you can skip the basic vocabulary that is used in any context, for example, contain, consist of, include, locate, etc., but communicative situations for developing speaking skills, texts, audio materials are relevant to work situations and business communication. Your current level is not at all an obstacle to learning business English if it is your priority.
