Corporate English online: course formats
Employees are assigned into standard business English groups solely based on their current level of language proficiency, which ensures comfortable work and progress for all students. The main advantage of a standard Business English course as part of corporate English training is the ability to enroll employees across various departments and different teams into a single group, thanks to the course covering basic business communication topics, such as making presentations, participating in meetings and discussions, along with the professional grammar and prose and lingo inherent in business communication. This is essential for improvement of language skills.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes corporate English courses different from other courses?
At our school, any course, be it a standard business English course or the ESP series, can be taught in a corporate format. The main difference is that the course program in the corporate format can be adjusted on request, for example, certain topics added or excluded. Besides the program, another striking difference is that in corporate English training, the cost of lessons is reimbursed by the company, so we do not add other students to such groups, even if the current number of people in a group does not exceed the maximum allowable.
Does the price for the corporate English format differ much?
It is difficult to say whether it differs much or not, but it really is different, since in an open format group the cost of training is paid for by each student separately, and in the corporate format a company pays a fixed cost regardless of the number of employees attending this group. Of course, taking into account the maximum allowable number of students without compromising the quality of education.
What qualifications do corporate English teachers have?
Absolutely all teachers who work at Bubbles English Center have specialized education; Ukrainian teachers are university graduates with majors in English Philology or Translation, and also have CAE, CPE, CELTA, DELTA, TEFL/TESOL certificates. The qualification level and knowledge of teaching methods of native Anglophone teachers are confirmed by CELTA, TEFL/TESOL certificates.
Can a client company choose the topics or course format to make the training the most relevant to our goals and objectives?
Before the start of training, Bubbles English Center conducts a needs analysis to identify the company’s business goals, key tasks, and typical work situations employees face. Upon request, the program can be adjusted, we can add or remove some of the topics if needed. As part of our additional services, we offer the development of thematic glossaries, language coaching sessions, masterclasses on company-relevant topics, and even the creation of a fully customized program designed around your company’s specific goals and objectives.
How is progress measured in a corporate course, and is it possible to receive exact indicators of employees’ language improvement?
The corporate training format includes several stages of progress assessment — monthly, at the end of each semester, and upon course completion. Before the course begins, we conduct an entry test to determine employees’ initial level, which is later compared to post-course results. Each month, the company receives a detailed report on students’ attendance and academic progress, including the results of their monthly tests.
Additionally, Bubbles English Center offers a Language Proficiency Assessment, which evaluates not only linguistic indicators such as vocabulary range and grammatical accuracy, but also the depth of responses, topic development, communicative effectiveness, and other aspects of real-world communication. Reports from the Language Proficiency Assessment can also be used during the company’s Performance Review process.
